Participants are advised to register in advance to receive an Early-Bird Registration (by July 15, 2010) and a Pre-Registration (by July 31, 2010) discount.

A direct bank transfer should be made only to the account below. Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants. Also, a copy of the bank remittance should be sent by fax or email

Cancellation Policy

Refund will be made according to the following rules. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariat by fax or email.
